    Stopped by because I needed coffee and remembered I’d saved this place earlier. The cute, cozy interior made it easy to walk in and feel comfortable. I visited around 3pm on the weekend and luckily found it pretty quiet, so getting a seat was no problem. Enjoyed my drink and had a nice, relaxing break

    As part of a promotion, I was able to order one free hot beverage. I ordered the Nutella Latte. It tastes very much like hot chocolate with a hint of Nutella. It was the perfect drink to have on the cold day when I visited. The coffee shop is very cute and modern looking. It’s long and narrow with plenty of seating. They have some interesting drinks on the menu with unusual flavor combinations (i.e. Yuzu Mint Fizz and Lavender Butterfly Fizz). They asked if I wanted to try any of their other drinks. I sampled the Nitro Mango drink and it was delicious. I really enjoyed the subtle mango flavor and the nitro makes the drink slightly creamy and very refreshing. I was told this was one of their more popular drinks and I can see why. I am now a fan of this place and definitely recommend giving them a try! Tip 1: They have a loyalty program. Tip 2: 10% off with an NYU ID Tip 3: they have tasting events sometimes. You can drop off a business card for a chance to win a ticket. Tip 4: Wifi password is...whitleandfizz

    Whistle & Fizz is a hidden spot around NYU and Washington Square Park and it definitely is worth a visit. The interior decor is modern, trendy and instagrammable with industrial style wall and blue neon light. The staff was friendly and passionate with their drink, served and introduced us with samples. We were impressed by their nitro collection especially the lemonade cold brew which was refreshing to start a day. We also had their Nutella latte which was also delicious but it would be perfect if it had a stronger Nutella flavor. We would like to try their sesame latte, which is caffeine free, next time. We didn’t have it today since we needed caffeine in the morning.

    After hanging out in Washington square park, I decided to give this hidden gem a try. I Loved their black sesame latte. Had it with oat milk. I also tried the chocolate cookie and it was just about the right sweetness level I like. Service was kind and friendly.

    Stumbled upon this place after a poor experience at LaCabra! Thank God we found a life changing drink...the Yuzu Mint Lemonade Fizz is amazing! And the gentleman at the counter was really kind and helpful. Truly a wonderful experience!

    I am a fan of delicious tea, and I also love the aroma of coffee, and enjoy a good cup of joe with my desserts. This spot is all about tasty coffee and tea, with special baristas coming up with interesting concoctions. The inside was long and narrow, with a few seating. The main feature here is the bar. The serious bar has no alcohol, but all coffee and tea! They had small jars containing loose tea leaves, where you could open and get a whiff of fantastic aroma, as you try the drink made with them. A female staff greeted us as we walked in, very nice and friendly. Then one of the owners, Ping, came over and took care of us. First, we received a sample of their signature drinks. We received eight different kinds of drinks, vibrant colors and just begging us to drink them! It was like a flight of tea and coffee. We had their nitrogen infused teas, and their sparkling selections. They were all very good, unique, flavorful, some sweet, some refreshing. I enjoyed them all! After the sampling, we each got a regular size drink. I really liked Mango one and Grapefruit one, and I decided to go with Nitro Mango Tea with Lychee Jelly. The lychee jelly was firm in texture, taste like actual lychee pieces! The tea had a wonderful jasmine tea flavor. I could taste the high quality. Love it! My hubby went with Sparkling Yuzu Mint Lemonade with Tapioca. Tapioca was really plump and awesome, the drink has a bit of punch and fizz that you can really feel when you have the full-size drink. Super refreshing! We had a great experience here, tasty and educational. They certainly put the flavored iced teas to the next level. They have become one of my favorite tea spot for sure!

    I really loved my experience at Whistle and Fizz! It’s such an interesting little cafe: their drinks are mainly creamy or carbonated and they have some really fun concoctions that you can’t really find anywhere else. My friend and I tried the Nitro Jasmine Milk Tea and the Cold Brew Lemonade. Both were delicious but the cold brew lemonade was definitely my favorite! I hadn’t had anything like it before. It was a carbonated coffee mixed with some refreshing lemonade, and it wasn’t too sweet at all. I also sampled the nitro mango and it was amazing -definitely going to order this next time I go! It was very flavorful and smooth. The jasmine milk tea was pretty good -it was a light and refreshing drink! Definitely good if you’re looking for something lightly caffeinated! The baristas are also very friendly and knowledgeable. They have around 5 tables as well for those looking for a quick sit down place.
